Birthright (24 pages)
Fantasy mini-epic about a young man who dreams of fighting in the tourney and ends up uncovering a conspiracy.

The Changeling Boy (15 pages)
Drama. Two pregnant couples have a standing bet over who will deliver first. When one couple learns that their child will have an incurable disease, they do the unthinkable and switch the babies.
Written with low-budget in mind, four actors and one location (apartment). All scenes with babies can use prop babies.

A Conversation about the Apocalypse (6 pages)
Twilight-zone style short about a girl who hears voices, and is offered the chance to decide how the world will end.
InExile.pdf

In Exile (14 pages)
A writing exercise to practice adaptation. Adaptation of Chekov's short "In Exile" about a ferryman who brings convicts across a river to exile in Siberia.
18_Parking_in_America.pdf

Parking in America (20 pages)
A lovelorn music teacher pretends to come from a fictional country so he can join a class for new immigrants taught by the woman of his dreams. Will an escalating conflict over the last reserved parking spot on campus derail their fledgling relationship?

(NOTE: Written in a week for the NYC Midnight contest. The randomly assigned topic was "Romantic Comedy"/"Immigration". )
